AZ Hearts and Paws At Home Euthanasia
Helping to say Goodbye in the Comfort of Your Own Home
Servicing the East Valley
Our Mission
Hearts and Paws is here to help make your beloved pet's passing as peaceful as possible, for both you and your animal, by offering euthanasia in the comfort and privacy of your home. Our veterinarians are trained to help guide you and your family through this difficult time and are here to help assess if and when it is time to say goodbye. We give your animals the compassion, respect, and peace they deserve because we care.
The word euthanasia comes from the Greek root words “eu” meaning good and “thanatos” meaning death. Death and loss are painful processes to navigate alone - we would be honored to help you give your faithful companion the last gift we can give them, a dignified and peaceful goodbye.

Our Services
We provide different options for your family depending on what your last wishes are for your cherished companion:
- Euthanasia Only (for home burial or pet cementery) - $400: This option includes the mobile veterinary call fee, veterinary services fee, sedation, and home euthanasia.
- Group Cremation (no pet ashes returned) - $500: This option includes the same services as listed above as well as the fee for transporting your pet and the fee for a group cremation. Again, no ashes are returned if you select this option.
Private Cremation (pet ashes returned to home) - $600: This option includes the same services as the group cremation but will instead include a private cremation service for your pet, ashes saved, and ashes returned via personal delivery for certain locations or help coordinating home delivery.
Navigating the Storm
There are fewer things in this world more powerful than the human-animal bond. The immense joy of bringing a new dog or cat home is shadowed by the eventual choice we have as their guardians in deciding when it is time to say goodbye. Grief is a normal and natural response to loss but navigating the ocean of negative emotions through the grieving process can be gut-wrenching and overwhelming. We want to help ease this pain as much as possible. Below are resources to help pet owners navigate loss of a furry loved one.
